Wanner tevreden klanten een review / beoordeling achter laten ontvangt Lucky Local uw email adres ter bevestiging dat u geen robot bent. Deze gegevens verzamelen wij om de athenciteit van de review te waarborgen. U kiest zelf welke naam bij de review staat.

Hoelang bewaren wij uw data?

Volgens de AVG is het verplicht om uw data na een bepaald aantal maanden/weken standaard te verwijderen. Dit is in ons systeem ingesteld en alleen als de bezoeker aanstalten maakt tot aankoop mag de data langer bewaard worden. Maar we zorgen er altijd voor dat uw veilig bewaard is en vroegtijdig verwijdert wordt als deze niet meer nodig is voor een aankoop. Bij het plaatsen van een review mag diegene die het geplaatst heeft vragen welke informatie wij van diegene beschikbaar hebben. Dit geven wij wel pas af nadat u bent ingelogd, anders wordt de aanvraag niet als veilig geacht.

Gebruikers die zich hebben aangemeld kunnen zelf hun profiel opzeggen als zij dat wensen. Ook kunnen gebruikers zelf hun gegevens aanpassen zoals NAW gegevens.
